I was just wonder after you win an auction on ebay how do you sucessfully have a transaction with the seller. Do you pay for the item right away? If you do pay and with paypal does the seller know where to send via paypal or do you e-mail them the information? Thanks for any answers.

We are making an auction based website. And I am wondering do I need to register it like a business with physical address and phone number? or rather to live like that.
Also we have second project more like news channel online.
Personally I got feeling that we need to register auction business. Cuz news its non profit organization that gonna have income just from adds and some commercials.

I am in charge of a dog event for North Dallas Dog Rescue. And instead of just asking for donations I thought a silent auction would be fun and we could give full tax write offs for the people who donate items. But I can't think of anything good that I could ask from venders to donate.

Banks (Chase for example) auction off returned car leases at the end of the lease. I am wondering if there is a way of finding out specifically which auction is going to be auctioning it.

I'm new with Ebay, and I already know how to set a reserve and the price that the auction will start at. What I do not know is how to also set a buy now price so that people can buy the item immediatly there without waiting for the item to auction. Thanks for your help.
