How do you make a 24 hour auction on eBay?

Author: I’ve heard alot of people talk about how there "24 hour auction" on ebay went very well, but when I try to sell an item, the lowest I can go to is 3 day auctions.
Please tell em how to do a 24 hour auction, and you’ll get 10 points!

I was able to find this:
For a 1-day listing you must have either:
A feedback score of 10.
or
A feedback score of 5, and have a PayPal account and accept PayPal as a payment method.
